The pictures will come up in a FlashPaper Document. FlashPaper is quick and easy! The pages download in a snap. You just need Flash Player 6 installed on your computer (which most all computers already have). If you don't have it, you can download it here for free, and install it on your computer. To Print : Click on the Name of the craft page to go to the FlashPaper printable craft page. When the FlashPaper document comes up, click on printer icon at the top of the FlashPaper page to print. It will not work to print using File > Print, but only using the printer icon on top of the FlashPaper page. Set number of copies when the printer pop-up appears. Click o.k. Ages 2+. Prep: Print and make copies of craft page. Craft: Children color page. Write each child's name on the first line of their cross. On the second line write 'him' or 'her'.

Age 2+. Prep: Print and make copes of craft page. Construction paper crosses: Make one copy of craft page onto card stock. Cut out cross to use as a pattern. Lay cross pattern on construction paper. Trace. Cut out 3-4 layers of crosses at a time by stapling a few pieces of construction paper together. Craft: Children color picture, then glue construction paper cross over cross in picture. Optional for ages 4+. Place glue on lamb, spreading over top of head and body. Sprinkle white flocking on lamb. Shake excess into tray. Pour excess back into bottle to reuse. |

Lamb with Cross Easter Basket |

Age 3+ if using foam shapes. Adapt for age 2+ by using paper stickers and cut paper crosses from construction paper. Prep: Print and make copies of patterns page. Cut cross shapes and flower shapes out of construction paper if not using foam shapes. Craft: Children color basket, lamb and handle. Help children fold basket. starting with design facing table, bring front up (lamb) and back up towards you, folding on solid lines. Bring sides up, overlapping middle section. Tape together. Tape on handle. Stick or glue flowers to sides. Add Easter straw or paper shred. Add Cross shape. |

Ages 3+. Adapt for ages 2+ by making craft without the jewels, just using it as a coloring page, as the jewels are a choking hazard. Prep: Print and make copies of craft page. Craft: children color cross and butterfly. Peel backing off jewels and stick on butterfly or cross. Teacher cuts out crosses for children if desired. |

Cross Craft with Color-Diffusing Paper |

Craft pattern |
Age 3+. Note: This craft will take 2 class periods if you don't have a lot of craft time, to allow paint/markers to dry before cutting out cross pattern. Prep: Print and make a few copies of Cross Craft pattern onto card stock. Craft: Children use water-based markers to draw a design on the Color-diffusing paper, or they can color over the entire page. Any design will do, even scribbling. Help children spray their design with water bottle until colors bleed into each other. Allow to dry. Teacher or assistant lays cross pattern over dry design, traces cross pattern and cuts cross shape out. Save scrap pieces for Craft 2 (above). Take digital photos of children the week before. |

Age 2+. Prep: Cut paper scraps from leftover pieces of Color-diffusing Cross Crafts (above) into large squares or triangles. Place in envelope. Cover bulletin board with butcher paper. Tape another large sheet of butcher paper to table. Draw giant cross shape on butcher paper using yardstick. Cut "frames" out of construction paper to fit the sizes of children's photos. Group Craft: Let a few children at a time glue shapes to the cross shape. Show them how to overlap them. Stick on letters on the cross to form the words, "Jesus died for us!" or other words. Teacher cuts out cross. Staple cross to bulletin board. Help each child glue their photo onto a "frame". Staple photos to bulletin board around cross. |
